John who passed away in 2018 at the age of 91. John was the managing editor for the Psychedelic Review at Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts in the 1960's. He was secretary and point man for the International Federation for Internal Freedom (IFIF) and involved with LSD research at Harvard University.

He was also Secretary for the lesser-known but equally exciting Neurobiological and Psychedelic Study Group [Interdisciplinary Exploration of Psychoactive Agents] during the 1960's. He and Lisa Bieberman ran The Psychedelic Information Center in Cambridge Massachusetts, close to Harvard. His office and editing skills put him in the highest regards with the researchers and writers in this field of study. Reverend John was a Methodist Minister for many years.
