Art in America May 2014 issue with Jasper Johns insert, excellent condition. Includes fold-out lithograph in mint condition. The lithograph features classic Johns imagery: the Arabic numerals 0 through 9, a map of the United States, and the alphabet expressed using American Sign Language. Johns has worked with Master Printer Bill Goldston, at Universal Limited Art Editions (ULAE), in Bay Shore, Long Island, for decades. Johns had him help create a Photoshop file merging two black ink-wash drawings; the "original" exists only as a computer file.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, and the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis, own copies of the print, so you will be in good company. Single color offset lithograph on vellum-like paper.
