Grant which were later adapted into his Personal Memoirs.

Quarto, four volumes bound in full leather with gilt titles to the spine, blind-stamping and raised bands, marbled endpapers and all edges marbled, profusely illustrated with engravings, portraits, and maps. Remarkable condition for 140 years old.
