Mega Rare By John Sutcliffe Late 60's/Early 70's. The Atomage Album contains articles and photographs on a wide range of garments manufactured by Atomage, including the clothes made for The Avengers.
It as A4 in size and had a stiff card cover. John Sutcliffe was a British fashion designer and fetish photographer, famous in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s as a designer of clothes for aficionados of leather, rubber and PVC fetishism, with an emphasis on rubber and leather catsuits, cloaks, and gasmasks.
He sadly passed away in 1987. There no date of publication, this is believed to have been published pre magazine issues from Atomage.
That makes this album the first issue of anything they printed. This book is printed in English and German. There is a 4 page article, with photos, on clothing (costumes) from The Avengers TV show.
In total there are 55 pages of Leather, Patent Vinyl and the like fashion wear. The cover & inside of the book is in great condition. No dog ears, no notations in the margins. Very clean for being 40 years old.
