The magazine was an incredible hit, and with its more sexually explicit photography than its newsstand competitors, it was soon one of the biggest sellers in America. First issues of the magazine are highly coveted and no collection is complete without at least one issue of September 1969 Penthouse. This one is in nice condition with a nice cover, perfect insides and a nice tight centerfold.
