Lee is the subject of a new film in production, starring Kate Winslet as the lead. During World War Two, British Vogue was permitted to continue being published as a part of the war effort. One of its influences was to encourage people to recycle and contribute paper to the war effort.
They sent their archives to be pulped and had features on taking part in the war effort.
