Measures 8.5" x 5.5" inches with 32 pages. BIOGRAPHY: Bruce Bellas (1909- 1974) was an American gay photographer who used the pseudonym Bruce of Los Angeles.

In 1956, Bellas studio moved to Kensington Road in Los Angeles and launched his own magazine, The Male Figure. Among physique photographers, Bellas' work was noted for having a distinctly campy, tongue-in-cheek sensibility. Bellas was known to travel around the country, discovering new models to photograph. He is considered by many to be among the most important gay photographers of the physique era. Oxxbridge Galleries was founded in 1987 and specializes in vintage paper items with a particular focus on counter culture materials.
