CONDITION: In VG+ condition, with a strong spine showing no cracking or splitting, strong hinges showing no separation or starting, no loose or missing pages, annotations, mold, or address labels.
Outer covers show some rubbing and edge-wear: crease to the upper right corner of the front cover and first 5pp. (see Images 1-6); acidification from cardboard covers on the 1st and last pp. Also visible on the top-band (see Images 1-3); 1.5 closed tear on the back-panel of the top band near spine (see Image 7 using magnifier tool); top-band apparently was never removed, and has begun to stick to the rear cover.
