CGC LOT NINTENDO POWER #1 & #285 - ICONIC 1st ISSUE CGC 4.5 & LAST ISSUE CGC 9.2. Per CGC Census data, it should be noted that there are two classifications for Nintendo Power #1. The "Free Sample Copy" issue, and the "Free Poster Inside" issue. The "Free Sample Copy" issue is considered to be the rarer of the two issues based upon CGC Census data.

Census data photographs are included with listing. It is widely circulated that the "Free Sample Copy" issue was the first production run issue of Nintendo Power #1, and that these issues were sent to all Nintendo Fun Club subscribers.

Along the spine of the issue can be seen the words PREMIERE ISSUE 1988.
