This is the legendary issue of Argosy Magazine that has the first and exclusive coverage of the Gimlin and Patterson film footage of the Abominable Snowman, Bigfoot, Sasquatch. This was the first major publication of the film images. Includes an excellent article that has early scientific reaction to the film and the other presented evidence. A really rare and amazing collectible! Women's swimsuit pictorial with a Viking theme (I've included one page in the photos). Awesome vintage ads for cars, cigarettes, guns, etc. Very interesting article on the "American Revolution of 1967" when an armed gunman took over the town of Tierra Amarilla, New Mexico. Treasure hunting, flying, guns, fishing, etc. Fiction by Joe Gores, Leon Ware and Robert Edmond Alter. Cover is starting to separate at the spine. Some small tears along edge and spine. Yellowing (oxidation) of the non-glossy pages in the 2nd half of the magazine (this doesn't affect the Abominable Snowman article). A few soil spots within the Abominable Snowman article. Some writing in pen on the cover.

A piece of scotch tape on the tear/separation at the bottom section of the spine. I've made every attempt to show all these defects in the photos. If you have any questions, please let me know.
