T particularly brittle and only leaves very minor. Residue when placed on a white surface, wear to the joints. General wear around the extremities including bumping to the corners and spine extremes, and soiling and spotting to the page edges. Otherwise this is an attractive, well-preserved antique volume!

Internally, this volume is in good shape as well. There is light cracking to both the front and rear hinges, however both boards and all. Securely attached to the binding. X-library volume with a bookplate. Visible to the front pastedown endpaper, and with additional markings to the title page and index pages.

There is typical age-related toning to the pages, as well as some. Foxing and soiling scattered throughout, and some general edge wear and page creasing. But this volume is otherwise quite clean and perfectly readable throughout!
