Over 140 years old, these volumes contain a glimpse of America in the late 1800s. These monthly publications have been bound and preserved in 1/4 calf skin leather between marbled boards. The books' exteriors are in much rougher than the interiors. Some volumes have but are not limited to detached boards or boards that are close to detaching, flaking and peeling leather, especially to the corners, edging and spine, small page tears, and spine wear.
